  • 200g peanuts, finely blended
  • 75g fine sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 30g margarine/butter, melted (or you can mix it with flour)
  • 15g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg – 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Mix ground peanuts, powdered sugar and salt. Stir well. Set aside.
  2. To make pastry shells, mix flour, margarine/butter, powdered sugar, eggs and salt. Knead until it becomes a smooth, non-sticky dough.
  3. Take a small amount of pastry dough, flatten it, then fill it with peanut mixture. Round shape or according to taste.
  4. Place the cake on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes or until cooked and golden.
