Ingredients

  • 350 g Flour
  • 250 g sugar semolina
  • 3 egg
  • 100 g oil of seeds
  • 16 g yeast for desserts (1 sachet)
  • 200 g apricots
  • 200 g milk
  • to taste aroma of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Wash the apricots and remove the stone.
  2. Break them up and grind them in the food processor together with the seed oil until you get a cream.
  3. Put the apricot cream and oil in a bowl. Add the milk and eggs and mix.
  4. Gradually add the sugar, flour, flavoring and baking powder, mixing.
  5. Grease and flour the mold and pour the dough into it.
  6. Place the mold on the small burner and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Lower the heat and continue cooking for about 35 minutes.
  8. Check the cooking with a toothpick. When the apricot donut is cooked, turn off the stove, let it cool and serve.
