Blueberry and white chocolate biscuits



  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g fresh blueberries
  • 120 g butter (if you want you can use 100 g of seed oil)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • vanillin
  • 1 sachet of instant yeast
  • icing sugar for decoration


  1. Whip the egg with the sugar. Add the melted butter, sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla.
  2. The mixture will become hard, like whipped pastry. Add the blueberries, chocolate and mix with a spoon.
  3. Take some dough and form balls with your hands, flatten them slightly and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees in a static oven for 25 minutes.Happy snack!
