Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

These bite-sized pieces of steak are wrapped in bacon and then cooked to perfection. The bacon adds a salty flavor that complements the succulent, juicy steak. The garlic butter sauce also provides an extra burst of flavor that will have your taste buds singing for more.

This dish is perfect for any occasion, but it’s especially great for parties and get-togethers because it can be served hot or cold. You can serve the dish hot right out of the oven or let it cool down and serve it cold as an appetizer with crackers or veggies. If you want to make this recipe even more flavorful, add soy sauce to the garlic butter sauce before serving to enjoy the summer flavor.

  • 1 ¼ lb. Sirloin Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp. Butter unsalted
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves minced garlic
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large skillet over high heat, heat up 1 tbsp of oil.
  2. Once hot, add the steak to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sear the meat well on all sides, and cook until you reach your desired level of doneness. Because the steak is cut into bite-sized pieces, only a few minutes of cook time is needed to keep from over cooking the steak.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 cloves of minced garlic into the skillet, and stir to combine and coat the steak bites well.
  5. Serve with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
