### Ingredients:
For the Donuts:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 large egg
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Glaze:
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2 tablespoons milk
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

### Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:
– In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg (if using).
– In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
– Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

2. Shape the Donuts:
– Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick.
– Use a donut cutter or two round cookie cutters (one larger and one smaller) to cut out donut shapes. Gather and re-roll any scraps to make additional donuts.

3. Preheat the Air Fryer:
– Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
