These are moist and fluffy cherry-studded muffins made using vanilla cake mix. These easy cherry muffins are ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 18¼ oz vanilla cake mix, (1 package), or any cake mix
- 12 oz cherries, canned, preferably unsweetened
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅔ cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Line your muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until a batter mixture is formed.
- Fill up your lined muffin tin until ¾’s full, then tap to remove any excess air.
- Bake for roughly 25 minutes or until the muffins are lightly browned and a cake tester comes out clean.
- Allow your muffins to cool at room temperature while still in the muffin tin.
- Remove from the tin and serve.
