- 1 Rectangular rolled out butter puff pastry approx. 320 g
- 8 Wieners
- 1 Egg for brushing

- Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat (fan oven 180°C). Lay the puff pastry out flat and cut lengthways into 8 strips.
