Pan-fried pork ribs are a very tasty main course. A simple recipe suitable for daily family meals that involves cooking tender pork tenderloins flavored with the most classic aromas.
Ingredients
- 1kg and 200g of pork trimming
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 spring onion
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 dl of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 glass of beer or wine (optional)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- To prepare the pan-fried pork ribs, start making individual tacks from the whole piece of rib using a sharp knife and following the line of the bone. Put them in a hot pan with the oil, the garlic, the spring onion cut in half, the bay leaf and the herbs. Brown them over high heat until they are well colored on all sides.
- Then wet with the beer (or wine) by pouring it in two stages.
- Pour half of it first, let it evaporate, then rehydrate with the other half, all over a sustained flame. Continue cooking over medium heat (using the lid to avoid dehydration of the meat) and cook until you feel with a fork that the meat around the bone is soft and easy to penetrate.
- Salt and pepper only at the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and serve the pork ribs immediately in a pan.
