A refreshing blend of frozen berries and keto-friendly ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of stevia

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled in glasses and enjoy!
