A delicious and creamy low-carb coffee smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tbsp of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp of MCT oil
  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp of instant coffee
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 packets of stevia or low-carb sweetener
  • 2 cups of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
