Mini Chocolate Chip Greek Yogurt Muffins with Strawberries are perfect for popping into lunch boxes or as a snack. Easy to make, my kids love them!
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 5.3 oz container Dannon® Oikos® Greek Yogurt
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° degrees. Place muffin liners into mini muffin pan.
- In mixing bowl combine: Greek yogurt, oil and egg, whisk to combine.
- Add to Greek yogurt mixture: flour, sugar, and salt. Stir to just combine.
- Add in mini chocolate chips and dried strawberries.
- Using mini scoop add batter to mini muffin pan.
- Bake approsimately 8 minutes until lightly browned on top.
