Ingredients
- 450 g cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 200 g blueberries
- 4 dry digestive biscuits
- flaked almonds to taste
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese in a blender; when you get a creamy and smooth consistency, like Greek yogurt, you can add the other ingredients.
- Add almost all the blueberries to the mixture, a small part should be left aside to blend them later on their own; with your hands crumble the biscuits and then add them to the cream.
- Mix everything well
- Pour the cream into a glass container or a plumcake mold, add the remaining blueberries blended individually and mix roughly with a spoon, so as to create purple streaks on the cream.
- Crumble other biscuits on the surface and seal with a lid or film
- Let it rest in the freezer for at least 4/6 hours, then form your ice cream balls and decorate with flaked almonds
