Dreamy Peach Ice Cream
Creamy, fruity, and bursting with fresh peach flavor—no churn needed!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (300g) ripe peaches, peeled + diced (about 3 peaches)
- ½ cup (100g) sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream, cold
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ¼ tsp cinnamon or a splash of bourbon
Instructions
- Macerate Peaches: Toss diced peaches with sugar and lemon juice. Let sit 30 mins, then mash slightly (leave some chunks).
- Whip Cream: Beat cold heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold in condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and peach mixture.
- Freeze: Pour into a loaf pan. Swirl in extra peach chunks if desired. Freeze 6+ hours.
Serving
- Scoop and garnish with fresh peaches, honey drizzle, or crumbled shortbread cookies.
