The moist chocolate cake recipe is made with flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, vegetable oil, hot brewed coffee, milk and eggs. Mix all the ingredients together (just one bowl!) and bake in a 13×9-inch cake pan for about 35 minutes.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
