Easy brioche croissants with yogurt without puff pastry and without butter are a recipe within everyone’s reach, for a family breakfast all together!
These here, easy brioche croissants with yogurt are an “unpretentious” recipe, but they will be equally appreciated by everyone and very good, I assure you!

Ingredients

  • 400 g flour 
  • 150 Greek yogurt
  • 150 Water
  • 80 Sugar
  • 15 Honey
  • 20 Corn oil
  • Fresh brewer’s yeast
  • Lemon zest (grated)
  • Salt

    Preparation

    1. Mix the flour with the sugar, honey, yogurt and yeast, starting to add the water, work for about 10 minutes also adding the lemon peel. Add the oil in 2 times making sure it is absorbed well each time and finally also the salt. Let it rise for about 3-4 hours until doubled in a greased and covered bowl.

    2. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, roll out into a rectangle about 20 cm high and long and cut out triangles .Brush them with soft butter, roll them up and leave them to rise for about 1 hour with the tip underneath in a pan and covered with cling film or in a slightly warm oven.

    3. Brush with egg and milk and bake at 170° for approximately 25 minutes.

    4.You can fill your easy brioche croissants with a pastry bag with Nutella or cream or jam.
