Ingredients
- red currant puree 190g
- any powdered sweetener 50g
- powdered coconut milk 30g
- cornstarch 1Tbs
Instructions
- Combine the berry mass with powdered sweetener and starch. you better pierce it with an immersion blender so that there are no lumps.
- Cook for a minute after boiling, stirring constantly.
- Add powdered milk to the cooled or warm (not hot) mass. Whip with a blender.
- Pour into molds. Freeze for several hours.
