This eggless Pink Chocolate Cake is specially for White Chocolate Lovers. This colorful eye-catching cake will make you feel heavenly.

Cake Butter

  • Fresh Milk – 180ml
  • Lemon Juice – 01 tsp
  • Butter / Margarine – 35g
  • Oil – 10ml
  • Powdered Sugar – 40g
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp
  • Condensed Milk – 125ml
  • Cake Flour – 220g
  • Baking Powder – 01 tsp
  • Baking Soda – 1/3 tsp
  • Pink Food Coloring
  • Chopped White Chocolate – 25g

Chocolate Ganache

  • White Chocolate – 75g
  • Condensed Milk – 75g
  • Pink Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. First mix lemon juice with milk and keep it aside.
  2. Mix margarine, sugar, and oil together.
  3. After that add vanilla.
  4. Add condensed milk into the mixture.
  5. Add flour after mixing with baking powder and baking soda.
  6. Gradually add milk and give it a good mix.
  7. Divide the batter into two equal parts and mix pink food coloring in one part.
  8. Add scoops from both batters here and there in your baking tray.
  9. After adding all the batter run through a knife to release air bubbles.
  10. Sprinkle some grated white chocolate on the cake.
  11. Bake the cake around 35-45mins under 180C in a pre-heated oven. After baking let the cake cool down.
  12. For the chocolate ganache, melt white chocolate in condensed milk. Pour half of this ganache on the cake.
  13. Add pink food coloring to the rest of the ganache and pour it over the cake.
  14. Again, sprinkle grated white chocolate over the cake and refrigerate the cake around 30mins to set the ganache.
