Puff pastry apple tarts


You only need apple and puff pastry to make the best sweet treat ever!


  • 2 apples
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 1 egg for brushing
  • Sugar
  • Powdered sugar


  1. Peel the apples and cut them into rings. Remove the middle part with the tool.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into strips with a pizza cutter. Take the apple rings and pass the strips of pastry to create the flower shape.
  3. Transfer the rolls to baking, brush them with egg, and sprinkle with sugar before baking.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
