What will arise from the encounter between the simplicity of the yogurt plumcake and the genuineness of the apple plumcake ? A soft and delicate dessert.

- Flour 00 500 g
- Whole natural white yogurt 500 g
- Golden apples 500 g
- Sugar 360 g
- Eggs (about 6 medium) 360 g
- Butter 100 g
- Baking powder for desserts 16 g
- Grated lemon zest 1
Instructions
- To make the yogurt and apple plumcake, first melt 80 g of butter in a saucepan or in the microwave and set aside. Peel the apples, cut them in half and remove the core.
- Cut them into slices first and then into 1 cm cubes
- Pour the eggs and sugar into a large bowl and whip with an electric whisk until the mixture is light and frothy.
- At this point, add the flour a little at a time and the yeast keeping the whips always in action but at a lower speed.
- When the powders have been well absorbed, first add the warmed melted butter and then the yoghurt continuing to mix to mix everything well.Also add the grated lemon zest
- Finally add the apples to the mixture and Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 35x10x10 cm loaf pan
- Dip the blade of a knife into the remaining 20 g of butter that you have previously melted, then make a cut in the center of the dough lengthwise
- Bake in a preheated static oven at 180° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, on the medium shelf
- Once cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool before enjoying your yogurt and apple plumcake
