Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

  •  1 cup granulated sugar

  •  ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  •  1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  •  ½ tsp salt

  •  ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  •  1 cup buttermilk

  •  3 large eggs

  •  1 tsp vanilla extract

  •  1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

  •  ½ cup creamy peanut butter

  •  1 cup powdered sugar

  •  3 tbsp milk

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  • Add the softened butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat with a mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
  • Fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  • For the glaze, mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
