Grilled chicken wings with soy sauce


Chicken wings made like this are really delicious. The biggest advantage of this method is that it doesn’t require frying, reduces fumes, and is very healthy! Children love to eat it, I highly recommend you try it!


  • 20 chicken wings,
  • 2 spoons of light soy sauce
  • 1 spoon of dark soy sauce
  • 1 spoon of pepper
  • 2 grams of soybean paste
  • 1 spoon of ginger
  • 2 slices of green onion
  • half a spoon of salt


  1. Pat the chicken wings with a knife, soak them in water and change the water several times
  2. Take out the chicken wings and drain the water, put them in a large bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, soybean paste, shredded ginger, and green onions
  3. After mixing evenly, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight in advance
  4. After marinating, place on the grill; bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
  5. When the time is up, take it out and apply a layer of honey water
  6. Continue to bake for about 15 minutes; the surface will be evenly colored
