Creamy and refreshing avocado smoothie made with low-carb ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of erythritol (or any low-carb sweetener)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of ice

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, take out the pit and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add almond milk, heavy whipping cream, chia seeds, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
