Creamy and refreshing avocado smoothie made with low-carb ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2 tbsp of erythritol (or any low-carb sweetener)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of ice
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, take out the pit and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
- Add almond milk, heavy whipping cream, chia seeds, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Add ice and blend again until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
